What Does The Following Urine Test Report Indicate?

Hello doctor, my urine report shows color redish, albumin ++, red cells numerous and pus cells hpf. i took ciproxcin 250 mg. citralka syrup in water and carnberry juice. now all is well except the discomfort and chills before urinate. guide me please. good day.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Ciprofloxacin can be used for urinary tract infections but the dose if you are using the 250 mg strength , would be twice daily for at least 3 days.

If it was not used in this way, you may need to retake this or another course of antibiotics.
You can continue the cranberry juice.

If the symptoms do not improve, it may mean that the bacteria causing the infection is not responding to the antibiotics used and they may need to be changed.
