Hello

Findings suggests urinary tract infection(UTI).
UTI is indicated by turbid appearance of urine, excess pus cells in urine.
Other findings like mild protein is normally found in urine.

You need clinical correlation and investigations like routine hemogram, renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen.
Nitrite test and Leukocyte esterase test can be done for confirmation of UTI.
Proper antibiotics should be prescribed after culture and sensitivity report.
You should drink plenty of fluids.

Increased SGPT indicates liver injury.Since, bilirubin level is also raised,it may be due to hepatitis.Other causes should also be excluded.
You need viral markers.
You should avoid fatty food.Medicines like urosodeoxycholic acid can be prescribed. It helps in regeneration of liver cells.
Proper treatment depend upon underlying cause.

Get well soon.
Take Care
