Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of urine analysis is as follows:
The clinical features of fever, anability to eat well and leakage of urine is suggestive of urinary tract infection (UTI).
The urine analysis is as follows:
Presence of white blood cells or leukocytes is suggestive of infection in the urinary tract.
Red blood cells in urine occur in bleeding in the urinary tract or some lesion in the urinary tract. Red blood cells can be seen in infectiojn also.
Presence of urobilinogen suggests abnormality in biliary tract.
Thus, treatment for urinary tract infection is required.
In addition, you need to consult your physician or pediatrician to look for the cause of raised urobilinogen sample.
Thanks and take care
Dr Shailja P Wahal
