What Does The Following Urine Test Report Suggest?

Dear sir, I m Female age 25+, had just done urine RE/ME test(Spectrophotometry). Report says, colour-yellow, apperance-clear, sediment- absent, specific gravity-1.015, Ph-6.5, protein-Absent, sugar-absent, Pus cell-20-25/hpf, RBCS-2-3/hpf, epithelial cells-1-2/hpf, casts-nil, crystals-nil, parasite-nil, bacteria-absent. Is it normal? i m waiting for your advice, kindly help me.

Hello, The routine and microscopic examination of urine points to presence of infection in the tract. This needs to be treated with appropriate antibiotics, plus alkaliser if there is burning sensation and also plenty of water intake daily. Thanks
