What Does The Following Urine Test Result Mean?

sir, my daugher is 5 year old and her urine report is appearance - s.hazy, reaction ph- acidic (6.0), colour- pale yellow, sp.gravity- 1.020, albumin- trace, sugar-nil, pus cells 5-7, red blood cells- nil, epithilial cells 2-4, calcium oxylate- nil, cast- nil, bacterial flora- nil, amorphous sediment- nil. sir, after she urinate small ants comes at urine. what are these symptoms?

Hello

Your baby may be suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI).
UTI is indicated by slightly hazy appearance of urine and presence of excessive pus cells in urine.
Epithelial cells are normally seen in urine.

She need clinical correlation and investigations like routine hemogram,renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen.

Proper antibiotics should be prescribed after culture and sensitivity report.

Ants usually comes to urine and this is natural.It doesn't confirm infection.
