What Does The Following Urine Test Result Mean?

My urine test results just came in with a reading of 20 mg of protein in my urine and moderate Leukocyte Esterase. Everything else in the test was either negative or in the normal range. I m very nauseous and my lower back and right side are really hurting. My Doctors office won t get the results until Monday. Should I be concerned?

You are having proteinuria
Detailed evaluation is needed to find out what exactly causing high proteins in urine. Most often it is due to some minor infections or undetected diabetes
