What Does The Following Uterine Ultrasound Suggest?

Hi I am 33 years old and I've been getting really big blood clots for some time now so my dr sent me for an ultrasound and the findings were
The uterus is ante vetted and is normal in size. The endometrium is 15.7mm which appears to be normal. It is slightly thickened for the late secretory phase. The myometrium is homogenous. No discreet myometrial lesion is identified. The right ovary contains a collapsing corpus luteum. The left ovary appears fine.
The kidneys are normal in size. In the pouch of Douglas a physiological amount of fluid is present.
Conclusion: the borderline thickened irregular endometrium is present. Repeat ultrasound scan is suggested.

I'm am very concerned as I've had CIN and had to have a scraping done back in 2008.
