What do the results of my vaginal swab mean?

"white blood cells: +++
yeast: not seen
trichomonas vaginalis: not seen

GRAM STAIN
Numerous polymorphs seen
Numerous epithelial cells seen
No clue cells seen
No yeast seen
Numerous Gram positive bacilli seen"

Presence of numerous polymorphs with gram positive bacilli indicates infection, and you have to take antibiotics for it.
