What Does The Following X-ray Report Analysis Indicate?

I had x-rays done for my back and they came back stating that I had mild degenerative changes in the thoracic and lumbosacral spine with presences of anterolateral osteophytes at multiple levels. Also, Mild dextroscolisis noted in the thoracolumbar region. What does that mean?

The X ray findings are suggestive of osteoarthritis of spine.
Osteoarthritis is a degenerative joint disease occuring due to wear and tear of joints.
Dextroscoliosis means curvature of spine to teh right which can occurs due to osteoarthritis of spine
