Welcome to health care magic.

1.There is a suspicious haziness seen in the right upper zone and rest all appears normal.
2.X-ray is done to see an over view of the pathology - for more detail to know about it further investigation is needed. As many structures are present at the upper zone of lung x-ray will not able to find exact problem.
3.In this case i would recommend to get a HRCT high resolution contrast CT to evaluate exact cause.
4.Second option - a course of antibiotic and a followup x-ray to see the changes, thinking in terms of infection / pneumonic patch.
5.Suspecious haziness is in case of old treated infection, present alveolar collection, tuberculosis can not be ruled out as its common location. Good luck.

Hope i have answered your query.
