I have a heart rate of 116. I feel like my heart is literally beating out my chest. It feels like my heart is crashing against my rib cage with a tremendous amount of force over and over again. My hands will not stop shaking, I keep shaking! Something is not right I just don t know what. I don t want to go to the hospital because I m terrified of hospitals and I hate needles. Tell me something please about these symptoms. Thank you
