What Does The Hsg Test Indicate Regarding Pregnancy?

I did an HSG test and there was free peritoneal spill on the right side, cervical canal was normal.

There were featurers in keeping with:
Uterine fibroids (intramural and small)
Bilateral tubal narrowing
Left endosalpingitis

Endosalpingitis suggest inflammation/infection in your left tube causing blockage in that tube and free peritoneal spill is negative.
You need to undergo battery of tests to find out the cause for endo salpingitis and for further management.
