What Does The Lab Test Report Indicate?

Hi My baby s stool was tested and gave the following results. Please doctor, tell me if there is anything to worry. Color: yellow Consistancy: semi solid Reaction: acidic (pH-6) Ova: nil Mucus: nil Cyst: nil Pus cells: 2-4 RBC: nil Reducing sugar: 0.5% (green) Also, his birthweight was 3.21 kg. Now he s 3 months old and 5.7kg on breastfeeding only. My doctor says his weight gain is not sufficient and that I have to start giving him solid food. Is it necessary now?
