no evidence for acute infiltrate or edema. the cardiac configuration is normal in size and appearance. there is no suspicious hilar or mediastinal adenopathy. there are no pleural effusions. no evidence of acute cardiopulmonary process. thi was the report of the latest xray and what does this mean about the health of this lung? thank you.
