Hello: I recently suspected that I may be pregnant due to some common symptoms and I have sensed what I could only describe as fetal movement over the course of the last month. Urine tests for pregnancy have been negative. Waiting on blood results. I have had regular periods so I wouldn t be surprised for it to come back negative as well. Over the last several months, I have had a very tender abdomen. And sharp pain under my right rib cage in the last few days. Dr suggested in conversation that it could be fibroids ( I have not had constipation or any pain when going to the washroom.) Tonight, I felt like I was sitting on a ball and there is a lumpy bulge of tissue at the vaginal opening. My question is could uterine fibroids mimic the sensations of fetal movement? I m prepared to accept there is no pregnancy but I haven t imagined the movement or pains either and feel like I m going crazy. Any comments welcome. Thank you for your time!
