Real time grey scale ultrasound of Neck was performed. Thyroid gland is enlarged and extremely heterogenous in texture. Multiple nodules are noted scattered throughout the glandÍž 2 can be clearly identified in right lobe ( Large complex nodule noted in left lobe inferior part about 38 x 20 mm. It contains cystic and solid part and is hypovascular. Right lobe measures 5.7 x 2.9 x 2.8 cm. Left lobe measures 5.1 x 2.6 x 2.5 cm. No evidence of calcifications. Visualized neck vessels appear normal. No enlarged lymphnodes noted. Visualised muscles & soft tissues are normal. Bilateral submandibular glands are normal in size and echotexture.
