General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It can a normal variant but possibility of fat deposition or amyloidosis should be ruled out. Hormonal profile may be done alongside tumor markers like CA 125 and if nothing unusual is found on these, it's not a matter of worry but if you experience any pressure symptoms in pelvis or weight loss or per vaginal bleeding, it may need to be worked up on CT pelvis or diagnostic laproscopy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Regards,
