Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

According to reports, finding suggests enlarged uterus with at least two fibroids.Fibroid is benign tumour of the uterus.

Fibroid can be treated by both means conservatively and surgically depend upon many things like age, family is completed or not etc.
Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) analogs are commonly used in the Surgical treatment can be considered if conservative methods fails.

There was a collapsed cystic structure in endometrium,it may be due to retained product of conception.

There are also multiple cyst in right ovary.

There is also moderate free fluid in POD,it is important to rule out pelvic inflammatory disease(PID).

Hope I have answered your question.
Take Care
