what is single intrauterine cephalic presentation with average ultrasonic age of 37 weeks and 3 days and estimated fetal weight is 3143 grams anterior placenta with grade ll maturity .afi of 14.6 cm sugestive of normohydramios,no gross fetal anomalities.no evidence of previa,efw appropriate fir 1st correlated age
According to USG reports there is single intrauterine fetus with cephalic in position at present(means fetal head is towards maternal pelvis). Average gestational age of the fetus is 37 weeks and 3 days. Estimated fetal weight is 3143 grams. Placenta is anterior in position with grade ll maturity. Amniotic fluid is also normal in amount.AFI (Amniotic fluid index)is 14.6 cm. There is no no gross fetal anomalies noted.No e/o Placenta previa.
