What does the meaning of Placenta is posterior and reaching uptil the internal OS with grade 1 maturity . My wife is 20week and 5 days pregnant and after obstetrics level 2 doctor suggest not to work hard. AFI single largest pocket measures 5.2cm. Please help what to do is it something serious.

The ultrasound scan you have attached is perfectly normal and nothing to worry in it. The placenta is little bit lower side but it will go up as pregnancy goes further. Amniotic fluid is adequate and no animalise have been detected.
