What Does The Presence Of Blood Cells In Urine Indicate?

My urinalysis shows 3-5 RBC I took ultrasound in may 2013 and it's all normal. Early 2014 always show moderate blood in my urinalysis. Took KUB x-ray and ultrasound of kidney and bladder and all normal. What does the presence of blood mean in my case?
