What Does The Presence Of Blood In Stool Indicate?

Hi, I recently notice stool in my blood and doc has asked for the routine stool test below is the result Ph 6, colour brownish, frank blood absent, occult blood positive, macus present, pus cell 22-25 hpf, RBC 15-18 hpf, Currently i m on medication for duodenial ulcer is this a cause of blood in stool

Thanks for given info,According to history disease presently you have diagnose duodenal ulcer and on medication
I advise you if you are taking alcohol kindly avoid
Avoid fast foods
Avoid spicy food
take liquids
Such as juices,
Take rich fibres diet
if find any problem kindly consult with Gastroenterologist
