What Does The Presence Of Fluid In POD Indicate?

does presence of fluid in POD indicate tubal patency and whether it means that pregency is not possible

.My age is 35 years,weight is 74 KG ,I am married for 10 years, I had one abortion and do not have any issue and trying to conceive. I have done IUI 3 times. And the now I have done HSG ,which says that all other things are normal but there is fluid in POD.

POD means pouch of Douglas which is empty space in the pelvis.

It is important because presence of fluid in this sac indicates that ovulation
has occurred and after this female is more fertile who wants to conceive.

It is not any disease,but in some infections also fluid will appear.
Do not worry it will not cause effect on pregnancy.
