HI,
I just took my blood pressur with a machine and I had the reading 130/58/60bpm, im am in very good shape, I bike 30 km to work everyday, I drink coffe pretty much everyday and a few beers on the week end, I eat good stuff vegetables,meat,salads, im about 5`5 tall and 135lbs, lots of muscles no etra body fat, what do the number means, do I need to change something in my diet ?
