What Does The Report On The Heart Indicate?
heart enlarged 16.4/28.8.There is unfolding of the thoracic aorta. pleural spaces are otherwise clear with no collapse, consolidation or discrete pulmonary mass lesion .Density lateral to the left hilum I belive is vascular in nature is this okay

ya reports look ok. unfolding and all are probably age related changes. Enlarged heart on cxr can be fallacious and if any symptoms are there of heart disease like chest pain , then needs to get examined by doctor once or ekg once, just to rule out heart disease.
