Hello and welcome to HCM,

Follicular study of the ovary is done to assess the formation and development of follicles during the cycle.
The ovulation taken place on 14th day of regular 28 day cycle.
This is also assessed in the follicular study.

In your report, the follicles are small or micro-follicular on 12th day.
The size remains small on 5th day as well as on 18th day.
None of the follicle is enlarging and no follicle is rupturing to release ovum in the fallopian tube.
The endometrial lining is also thin- only 5-6 mm.
The endometrial lining thickens during mid-cycle and reaches up to 10 mm.

Thus, the proliferative phase is deficient.
Deficient proliferative phase is suggested by thin endometrium and small sized follicles.

I would suggest you to consult your gynecologist with the report to find out the cause of deficient proliferative phase.
After knowing the cause, treatment can be instituted.

Thanks and take care
