i had a scar pregnancy but my doc advised for d$c which was done on 21 sep. but i bleeded heavily on 24 oct usg shows echo complex area adherent and infiltrate in loweruterine segment at scar site s/oadherent product of conception with minimal endometrial collection .what treatment is possible plz specify

The D and C is a procedure done gently to clear the contents of the uterus. There is some adherent tissue in the scar area which remains attached to the uterus. You must report to your doctor and they may do hysteroscopy and evacuate the contents in the uterus. The endometrial collection is part of the degeneration process.
