General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

There is occlusion or block in the major blood vessels of the leg. If you asymptomatic we can very well manage with drugs like blood thinners.

If there is an ulcer or severe pain, surgical intervention may be needed. Consult a vascular surgeon and he will direct you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
