What Does The Result Say?

I had a CBC drawn and these are the result. Platelet count 309 WBC is 13.5 RBC is 5.77 hemoglobin is 16.0 hematocrit is 45.5% HMCV 78.9 Lneutrophils 76 and lymphocytes 16. I was told to follow up with my doctor. Is there anything here I need to be seen for sooner rather than later

Hi,
Your report seems to be well near normal limits.
Hemoglobin is really good - 16g% which has led to high hematocrit and is within normal limits.
Neutrophil is mildly raised but not substantially enough to call it as due to bacterial infection.
MCV is bit low of 78.9 (normal 80-100) indicating possibly early iron deficiency anemia. You can taken nutrition rich in iron like ragi, green leafy vegetables or iron tablet supplements.
Lymphocytes is low due to neutrophil increase.
You need not worry about the result. It is normal.
