Dear sir, I got some medicines for stomach due which, I was in doubt so I get my sperm test and in my report 70% active 20% stugglish 10% immortal it s mean 90% normal 10% abnormal Please advice the report is negative/ positive. And I am unmarried Abhishek Sharma 0000

Thanks for writing to HCM

You have absolutely normal findings.You shouldn't worry at all.
The World Health Organization defines normal sperm motility as 50% of observed sperm or at least 8 million sperm per milliliter of semen,showing good forward movement.So,motility is normal in your case.
Motility is graded from A to D
A – sperm swim forward fast in a straight line
B – sperm swim forward,but in a curved or crooked line or slowly
C – sperm move their tails,but do not move forward
D – sperm do not move at all.
