Hello,

Your semen analysis report shows, volume- 4.2 mL that's within normal range, it will be better if it improves, morphology report is okay. Semen pH is normal, there is a little infection that should be treated. Motility report is a bit concerning, 25% active, 10% sluggish and 65% dead. Total motility should be more than 40% and progressive motility more than 32%. You are suggested to improve your diet. Take high protein diet balanced with adequate fruits and vegetables. Take nuts, beans, red meat, eggs regularly and maintain hygiene, take bath regularly. You can see a urologist or an OBGYN, you need medicines to increase sperm motility and to get the infection treated.

Avoid taking papayas. Do not take Chinese food as it contains msg, not good for sperms. Do not take ajinomoto. Stick to home made food rich in nutrition. Stay away from addictions if any like smoking, alcohol, drugs, recreation drugs, etc. Do not take soda or cold drinks instead take fresh juice. Get connected to a OBGYN, both partners should be tested and treated. If obese loose weight, do regular walking and exercises. If diabetic, control blood glucose level at all cost. Avoid anxiety and stress(both emotional and physical).

Take adequate sleep. Avoid staying in highly polluted areas. You can have a repeat semen analysis after improving your diet and switching to healthy lifestyle after 3 months. If the motility increases and percentage of dead semen decreases (now 65% dead), there are chances of conception but you will have to work very hard. If your next report is better than this one, maintain your diet and healthy lifestyle. Stay with your partner on a regular basis.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
