I can understand your concern. The pH, color, viscosity, turbidity are all normal as indicated in the report.
Normal
sperm count in a sample should be 20 million/ml or above. Your count is 24 million/ml which is normal.
Regarding motility, about 60% of sperm should be motile, actively or sluggishly. You have 54% immotile sperms which makes 46% of them motile, which is not normal.
No more than 4% of sprems are required to be with normal morphology if we follow strict criteria. You have 39% sperms with normal morphology which is not a cause of concern.
Your semen also shows presence of some pus cells which may indicate presence of mild bacterial infection which might require a course of antibiotics.
I would advise you to visit a
sexologist or
fertility center to have treatment of lower
sperm motility and a prescription of antibiotics for the infection.
