Hello,

I can understand your concern. The pH, color, viscosity, turbidity are all normal as indicated in the report.

Normal sperm count in a sample should be 20 million/ml or above. Your count is 24 million/ml which is normal.

Regarding motility, about 60% of sperm should be motile, actively or sluggishly. You have 54% immotile sperms which makes 46% of them motile, which is not normal.

No more than 4% of sprems are required to be with normal morphology if we follow strict criteria. You have 39% sperms with normal morphology which is not a cause of concern.

Your semen also shows presence of some pus cells which may indicate presence of mild bacterial infection which might require a course of antibiotics.

I would advise you to visit a sexologist or fertility center to have treatment of lower sperm motility and a prescription of antibiotics for the infection.

I hope this answer helps you in understanding your report. Thank you for choosing HealthcareMagic. Let me know if you have follow up questions.

Best,
Dr. Viraj Shah
