I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

According to your semen analysis report you have semen quantity 3 ml & Sperm count is 68 million/ml, which is normal. As per motility 80% are active motile, 10% are sluggish motile & Immobile forms are 10%. All together motility is good.
There is presence of 6 % abnormal shape & rest 94% are of normal shape. There is presence of pus cells 2-3/ field, few epithelial cells & occasional RBC which is not significant.

So all together your semen analysis report is normal & you could have a baby
