Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Does The Sperm Count Of A 27-year-old Indicate?
my age is 27..my sperm count is 28/ml, progressive motility 60%, non progressive motility 10% non motile 30%...morphology (normal forms 20% abnormal 80%) is this count is sufficient to conceive a child normally..there is any chance to increase my sperm count..
I need to have the full report of your sperm count to analyze the findings myself.
The abnormal sperms are more than 50 % (80%), so that is a bit hard to fight. We need to understand WHY? Is it from any trauma? congenital issue? infection?
This will help determine the right strategic plan to increase sperm count. Please send the full reports to me. Meanwhile, keep regular follow-ups with your gynecologist or fertility specialist.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
