What Does The Stool Report Of A 9-month-old Indicate?
My son age 9months old hvng decenty from last two weeks nonstop but he seems looking heallthy consulted two to three doctors they all gvn positive answers but I myself worried I hve tested his stool report here gvn under stool microscopic puscells 2-4cells /hpf mucus present (++) bacteria present(++) please help me
The symptoms of your son seem to be related to a bacterial infection based on the reports. I suggest to give him a prescribed antibiotic such as Bactrim syrup. You should consult the pediatrician for the prescription. I also recommend to give him daily probiotics.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
