What Does The Stool Test With Acidic Reaction Indicate?

My son is 3 years old. he had stomach infection with stomach cramps and green stool. He is being administered antibiotic O2. I had his s routine stool test done. The result says Greenish brown color, semi formed consistency, reaction is acidic and pus cells 4-5. What does this mean?

This is a some bacterial infection in GIT of the patient that has lead to pus cells as well as acidic reaction of stool. Continue the dose of your antibiotic.
