Hello,
Your
stress test report shows that when on stress your left ventricle becomes hyperdynamic. It means that when on stress your left ventricle has to work harder, due to increased workload.
The muscle tissue in the wall of the chamber may thicken causing hypertrophy of the left ventricle or may also lead to
diastolic dysfunction.
Distal septal & apical area of hypokinesis is also detected which means there is
ischemia (not getting enough blood supply) in that region of the heart.
It looks like the wall motion abnormalities are not present at rest but are present only in stress test.
Developing CAD may be suspected but ischemia may be reversible when on proper treatment, diet control & healthy lifestyle.
You are suggested to stay connected to the treating cardiologist. Maintain a low BMI, do regular walking. Stay away from addictions if any.
Switch on to the healthy diet, avoid red meat, dairy products(cheese, butter, cream milk, etc). Avoid refined flour, spicy, junk food, oily food, frozen food.
Take fresh fruits, veggies, whole grains, nuts, multi-grain heart-healthy oats & food made at home only in olive oil.
You may need to go through a few more tests & radiographs. You may require medicines or surgery depending on the severity of the pathology detected.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
