Pulmonologist 's  Response
hi welcome to HCM
i have gone through your query and concerned about your symptoms
most of your symptoms point towards asthma attacks
so iwould like you to go for a pulmonologist opinion or you can get yourself achest xray and spirometry done which can confirm regarding asthma
your symptoms also suggest that you do have rhinitis /sinusitis

hope you gt well soon
with warm regards
