Hi, I am a 52 year old female with chest pain congestion, throat irritation, dizziness and wheezing. Stop smoking 4 days ago and feel like crap How long does these symptoms last?

Chest pain,wheezing,throat irritation could be symptoms of bronchitis,bronchial asthma,lower respiratory tract infection.Stopping smoking considerably helps to reduce these symptoms.Start on warm saline gargles.If you are on any kind of inhalers continue inhalers for the time being.If the symptoms are trouble some you should consult your GP for examination of chest and further management
