Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your problem is due to nerve compression as you have numbness associated with single toe only. Usually neuropathic pain involves broad area and not just small area. Please consult Orthopedic Surgeon for proper evaluation and management.
You can also check vitamin B12 levels. And start Cyanocobalamine injections according to physician’s advice.

I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you have any further questions.
Regards,
Dr. Hiren Hirpara
