Your X-ray findings are due to sequel of old tubercular infection. Findings are healed one and doesn't require any treatment unless it compromises pulmonary functions. Infection naturally heals by fibrosis and calcifications. Apicopleural thickening is also related to old infection. It is good that sputum test is negative,it also indicate possibility of absence of active infection.
