Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

The transvaginal ultrasound shows presence of multiple fibroids or myomas in walls of the uterus and the presence of a single focus of adenomyosis.

I suggest you consult your gynecologist for further management. In case the fibroids are symptomatic and causing discomfort, surgical removal of the uterus may be required.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
