What Does The Transvaginal Ultrasound When Having PCOS Indicate?

Good evening I have pcos and recently have been having some pregnancy symptoms but I have done alot of HPT which have all came out negative as well as a blood test. I also had an transvaginal ultrasound done and the tech said she saw something in the of my uterus but was not sure if it was my left ovary or not. My stomach has been getting bigger. I also have a copy of all my images of the ultrasound. Where do I go now?
