Hi, my period is 3 wk late. I have done a TVS and found that my uterus is 59.5mm x 28.7mm x 30.4mm. Central endometrial echo is 6.0mm thickness Endometrium is ecogenic and regular. Mymometrial ecotexture is inhomogeneous with one 20.6 mm x 14.6mm subserosal degenerated mtoma at psterior region. Ovaries are echopenic than uterus , cortices studded with multiple follicles in periphery. Echogenic stroma. Right ovary measure : 35mm x 19.8mm Left: 31mm x 18.1 mm Kindly help me and let me.
