I need better understanding of my situation; I was diagnosed with an enlarged uterus, of 93x52mm, endometrial echo line is in mid part and occupied by vascular mass 20x12mm, highly suspected of intracavitory myoma.... Minimal free fluid is noted in pelvic cavity. Hysterosalpinography result shows contrast filled uterine cavity shows enlarge size with normal shape. There is 22x10mm well defined filling defect in left side of uterine cavity which can be due to sub mucosal myoma. Only small portion of left Fallopian tube visualized which show no peritoneal spillage. Rt Fallopian tube is not seen too. Enlarged uterus..... Sub-mucosal myoma in left side 22x10mm Obstructed both Fallopian tubes. Please What is my chances of conceiving? Thanks Vivian
Hello, If your fallopian tubes are both blocked then you will not be able to conceive. There may be procedures that a gynecologist can do to open the tubes. The fibroid ( myoma) will not keep you from getting pregnant. Regards
