liver is enlarged, and reflective, which means it has a hyperechoic appearance- most common cause is fatty infiltration.
Lifestyle changes- with avoidance of fatty food and light exercise is suggested. Alcohol,
Diabetes or blood pressure and certain drugs can be potential causes of fat deposition.
Micronephrolithiasis means tiny stones in the kidneys. There is a doubt of these being present, but cannot be said for sure on the scan.
Ask her to drink adequate fluids everyday to flush out any tiny stones if present.
Discuss with your physician for dietary modification and symptomatic treatment.
Overall its not worrisome.
