I am 26 yrs old and I recently had a ultra sound done. The findings were mildly heterogeneous uterus with a tiny more focal hypoechoic lesion in the posterior fundal region. It also mentioned: Normal appearing bilateral ovaries containing a multiple small follicles. the ultra sound was done on the first day of my period. Should I be worried? I had the ultra sound done because I've been having sharp pain in my stomach.
