What Does The Ultrasound Indicate Regarding The Lower Abdominal Pain?

I am 47 years old, I have been passing a lot of dark blood over the last 5 days with lower abdominal pain. I have had Meridan an IUCD inserted 3 years ago which ceased by periods over 2 and half years ago. I went to my GP who said to have pelvic ultrasound which involved a trans abdominal and trans vaginal scans performed. The results read my uterus is bulky but difficult to measure due to a retroverted position. There is an anterior intramural fibroid measuring 24mm x 28 mm. This does not indent the endometrium. The IUCD is normally sited. The endometrium measures 4mm. The right ovary measures 20 ml and the left 4.8ml. There is a dominant follicle in the right ovary measuring 28mm x 27mm in appearance. the largest follicle in the left ovary measures 19 mm. No adnexal mass or free pelvic fluid seen.

Conclusion: A Mirena appears satisfactory in position with the visualised endometrium on the upper limit of normal for a post menopausal patient. An intramural fibroid is present. Bilateral follicles.

I don't know what the above means, can you explain? Also, what is the average size of the left & right ovary & left & right follicle? Will the bleeding & pain stop soon. Please give me you advise.
