my ultrasound observation Uterus: bulky, measures 78mm/42mm Endometrial echo is thick (11mm) Subendemetrial halo is intact Myometrial echoes are heterogeneous. Small intramural myomas of 12mm and 12mm are seen in uterine fundus.cervix: reveals normal echotexture both adnexa normal both ovaries are normal POD is free

Thanks for writing to HCM

You are suffering from small uterine fibroids.Fibroid is benign tumour of the uterus.
Fibroid can be treated by both means conservatively and surgically depend upon many things like age,family is completed or not etc.
Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) analogs are commonly used in the medical treatment of fibroids.

Thickened endometrium need clinical correlation and biopsy can be done if needed.
Treatment depend upon findings.
Rest of the findings are within normal limit.
