What Does The Ultrasound Regarding The Pregnancy Indicate?

hi ,my name is deepa and 25 yrs old,height 5ft 2inch,weight 55kg,first pregnancy.i am 32 week pregnant and on my ultrasound report(32 week) "posteriorly attached upper and mid uterine segment placenta with second grade maturity noted.no placental calcification or infarct noted" with cephalic presentation.what is the impression of this line? is this ok?is complete bed rest is soln?what are the complication that may arise?

Your ultrasound is normal and their is no need to worry. Grade two maturity is normal and you just follow your doctor advice for safe delivery.
